Passport and Visa

All foreign visitors entering Japan must possess a valid passport. Participants from countries requiring a visa to enter Japan should obtain one from the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate ahead of time.

A invitation letter can be provided for registered attendees who have paid in full.

• Please note that we can only issue an invitation letter. The conference period plus the Saturdays and Sunday right before and after the conference will be specified.
• We can issue the invitation letter for IRMMW-THz2018 only to conference participants and the accompanying persons.
• Before you request the invitation letter, please complete registration and payment for IRMMW-THz2018.
