Guideline for 1-Page Abstract Submission

Please read the following guideline for the abstract submission and submit your abstracts.

  • Go to the abstract submission system (from the link below) and make your own account for the system.
  • Log into the system with your account, read "Abstracts" -> "General Information", download the abstract template from "Templates", and complete your 1-page abstract.
  • Start a new submission from "Abstracts" -> "Your Submissions" -> "New Submission", and fill in necessary information (your contact info, a topic from the topics list below, co-authors info, etc.). Follow detailed instructions in each step of the submission process.
  • In "Attach Abstract" step, you will find a link to IEEE PDF eXpress, where you should create a new account for it and convert your Word abstract file into PDF format. You will need to use the Conference ID for IRMMW-THz2018: 42161X
  • Upload the converted PDF file.
  • Before the submission finishes, you will be redirected to the IEEE Copyright Transfer Process page and need to complete the copyright transfer for your abstract.
  • You will receive an e-mail notification of your abstract submission.

You can modify your abstract and/or information after the abstract submission, by clicking the title of your abstract in "Your Submissions" on your account page.
